This is the sweet spot to see all of my most recent work! Let's be real - updating a website all the live long day is ALOT so this is where you'll get to see more full galleries of some of my awesome shoots!
Over the summer Chandler and Nathan brought their closest friends and family to Colorado for an intimate wedding in the mountains of Pagosa Springs. It was a hot day but the mountain breeze and the property at Paradise Ranch was just perfect. I am based in Dallas, Texas so I shoot most of my weddings in the local area but I have grown really fond of this small town in Southern Colorado. The venue owners are so nice, the atmosphere is always amazing and Out West Events helped coordinate and plan the day so everything ran so smooth.
This whole day just radiated love. Between them, their family and friends – I left that day feeling overwhelmed and so honored to even be a witness of their wedding. They both shared their own personal vows and everyone (including me) cried their eyes out. Like they REALLY like each other! Lol. Doing portraits of them was so fun. They were down for all the things and both of them can work a camera with zero effort so it made my job super easy, haha!
My favorite part of the day was their first dance though. They danced to Grow Old with Me by Tom Odell and I swear they were just spinning around the dance floor like two little kids head over heels for each other and like no one else was watching. It was something truly radiant and I think everyone else there felt it too. Chandler and Nathan are both singers too and they actually met at their high school talent show. So they surprised everyone with a duet towards the end of the night and man, people were just in awe. Again, just magic.
I love reliving this day and sharing these photos so much. Scroll down to see more of this beautiful mountain wedding in Pagosa Springs 🙂 To see more intimate weddings of mine, click here!
