It's middle school and my mom has a Kodak point-and-shoot camera so naturally it becomes mine. It's the MySpace era y'all - so it's repetitive selfies with out of focus eyeballs and sepia filters. But to me it was art.

I wanted to make more art so every opportunity I got I was taking pictures of railroad tracks, trees, sunsets - you name it. All of it lit a fire in me each time I snapped a photo. In high school, after I got my license my grandpa gifted me a DSLR and then I became obsessive. We could drive anywhere and take pictures ALL THE TIME?! Yes please! 





 

My story

This led to me eventually doing friends senior photos, then engagements, and then after some time I second shot my first wedding with my sister. After that first wedding, I was hooked. I was IN LOVE. 

I knew God put this passion on my heart for a reason and I had always had a dream of making this a career in some way. Thankfully, more and more people started trusting me and after all these years I'm here doing what I love and thanking Him for blessing me with this gift. My job is an honor and I have been so blessed to meet such amazing people and capture their stories.
